The Assistant Governor Institute is a one-day leadership training program for Assistant Governors from the six participating Rotary districts.  The role of assistant governor is to help the governor with the administration of designated clubs. By performing this critical function, Assistant Governors support club effectiveness, which in turn increases district effectiveness.  The purpose of the Assistant Governor Institute is to develop and enhance skills for new and continuing Assistant Governors so that they can fulfill this role.
